Located in Toronto’s downtown west end, Trinity Bellwoods encompasses West Queen West and Ossington strip. It’s one of the city’s hottest neighborhoods for shopping and nightlife, and a great area to spend time in if you are traveling for work.
Check out the street art along West Queen West and Ossington Village. The insider’s trick is to walk the alleyway just north of West Queen West from Trinity Bellwoods Park to Gladstone Avenue. You’ll see work by some of Canada’s best graffiti artists.
How to Get to Trinity Bellwoods, Toronto
Toronto Pearson Airport is 30 KM west of the city, and a little less to Trinity Bellwoods/Ossington Village. Taxis, Lyfts, or the UP Express train will get you to Trinity Bellwoods in 30 minutes depending on traffic.
Lyfts and Toronto Transit (TTC) are OK, but the best way to get around Toronto in decent weather is Bike Share. Stations are everywhere, and they hold nearly 7000 working bikes, and cost $7 for 24 hour access.

Union // Known for fresh and delicious farm-to-table menu with a charming back patio.
Pizzeria Libretto // This Toronto institution started on Ossington. With a wood-burning oven, Libretto serves VPN certified pizza and is often cited as Toronto’s best pizza.
The Lakeview // As seen on countless movies and TV shows, including Tom Cruise’s Cocktail and Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, The Lakeview serves 24/7. Sit at the iconic counter or a booth and try one of their burgers or all day breakfasts.
Oyster Boy // For a true Canadian seafood experience, visit Oyster Boy, just a block from the park. These are the freshest oysters in town, as Oyster Boy is a wholesaler of Malpeques and other Canadian mollusks
Bobbie Sue’s Mac n Cheese // When you want comfort food, tuck into one of the many choices at Bobbie Sue’s window. Vegan and vegetarian too!

Immerse yourself in art at The Gladstone House // This historic building is a hotel and restaurant which embraces diversity and art. A community hub, it showcases local emerging artists with rotating regular and special events.
Hear live music at The Painted Lady // Ossington’s friendly burlesque bar also hosts live music most weeknights.
Walk or bike in Trinity Bellwoods Park // Be on the lookout for the famous white squirrel, join in for a summer outdoor movie night, or play tennis on one of the public courts.
Go shopping on Ossington // Discover local favorites like haute couture “I Miss You Vintage,” collector vinyl shop “Rotate This,” and fashion favorites “V de V” and “Annie Aime”. Your friends back home will envy your unique Canadian finds.
Visit The Great Hall // Enjoy lectures, concerts, and Art Battles in a beautifully restored heritage venue.
Check out Artscape Youngplace located a block west of Trinity Bellwoods Park. A creative hub, they often offer new exhibits or performing arts premieres after dark.
