How to Get to Manhattan
There are three airports in New York (JFK, EWR, and LGA) so whichever airport you fly into, there is always an option to arrange a car service. If you’d like to take a taxi or use public transport to get to midtown, it may be more or less convenient depending on which airport you’re arriving at, but also on what time you are arriving. Between 5:00 PM and 7:30 PM, it’s rush hour in the city. If you arrive during these times it is better to take the subway. If you arrive after 7:30 PM, taking a cab is a convenient way to travel to Manhattan.
The New York subway is the most common way of getting around the city. However, late at night, it’s recommended to take a taxi if you’re travelling alone. Alternatively, you could also rent a bike to see the city.
