The roadways make it easy for travelers from Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and other popular locations to reach Kochi.
By Flight // The major airport in Kerala is Cochin International Airport. Travelers who seek to arrive in Kochi by air may do so from practically all of India’s main cities. The airport also provides convenient connections to some of the world’s most popular tourist sites.
By Rail // The two closest railway stations to Kochi are Ernakulam Town Station and Ernakulam Junction Station. Both train stations offer excellent connectivity to other Indian cities and are the most convenient railway terminals for reaching Kochi.

Taxi/Cab // Taxis are readily available. The charge is ₹50 for the first two miles and ₹15 for each extra mile. There will be a 10% extra for air conditioning. The cost of a ticket increases by 15-20% at night.
Public Transport (City Bus) // Standard city bus fares are ₹7.50 for the first mile and ₹1 for each additional mile.
Rent a Car // If you want to rent a car to move about Kochi, you can get one for ₹1,600 for 50 miles and ₹20.5 each mile beyond that.
