Estacion Gelato // Not quite a restaurant but they have the most delicious Gelato and desserts! Make sure you go up the tiny stairs to enjoy your gelato on the rooftop overlooking the city.
What to Do in Guanajuato
Row Your Boat at Presa De La Olla // A reservoir on the other side of Guanajuato where you can rent a row boat or sit at the dock restaurant and enjoy a beer while watching others paddle around on their row boats!
See a Concert at a Theater // There are lots of different theaters in Guanajuato that are putting on different types of concerts or symphonies. Check at Teatro Principal to get times/days of a show.
Visit Guanajuato’s Mummy Museum // The mummy museum is a must do while in Guanajuato. A little creepy but also interesting, the mummies were well preserved due to do climate in Guanajuato over the years.
Spend an Afternoon at Ex-Hacienda San Gabriel de Barrera // A gorgeous sprawling estate where there are different gardens to explore and a place to sit and have a drink while enjoying the view
Take a Tour of the Mines // Guanajuato is an ex-mining town and you can go into the old mines to see where at one point 75% of the worlds silver came from!
